Oshry helped me walk through a water damage and mold situation through a quick, same day virtual consultation. He was responsive, kind, and walked me through all of my questions (which were a lot). They were also prepared to go ahead in short time. Even though I didnt end up going with Green State Pro for unrelated reasons, they were fantastic and I would definitely reach out to them again if I this issue pops up once more in the future.

Crazy how much sir came out of my dryer vent. Thanks again for the help to the wonderful air duct cleaning professional from green state pro for taking the time to make sure our house is in top shape. Im definitely going to hire these guys again and get the annual membership of $199. I like idea that they will come out three times a year to get my air ducts clean and sanitized.

I was told they had a promotion going on for the weekdays. They said you can get your dryer vent cleaned for $79.99. I was charged $299.00 because they said they had to use a drill, snake, and brush to clean my dryer vent. That is normal procedure for cleaning a dryer vent but they charge extra for doing that. So, their normal process of cleaning the dryer vent is just vacuuming... I will not be using them again. They dont have it listed anywhere on their site they they charge extra for anything! Also, their credit card system was down and they said I needed to pay with either cash or check... I didnt have either so they requested I Venmo my payment... Very suspicious and un-professional. Please do not use them for your dryer vent unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg for a normal cleaning. Plenty of other companies only charge about $100-$170. Go to them instead.

Update: After speaking with the manager of the business, they honored the $79.99 charge that they originally offered. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 because they honored their initial quote. The only reason why I will not give a 5 star rating is because it took me speaking with multiple people and leaving a bad review in order for them to honor their initial quote. If I hadnt left the bad review, I dont think they wouldve honored their original quote. I appreciate Nicky for working things out at the end of the day though.

After dreaming about a bathroom remodel for many years, we now have the master bathroom of our dreams. Oshry of Green State Pro designed and built it---remodeling an old badly laid-out bathroom into a spa-like haven with two vanities (a his and a hers) and a huge 2-person shower. The work is impeccable and of very high-quality. We will certainly use Green State Pro for our next renovation project.
