What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to fully explain what we do and what we are going to be doing for them. We want them to feel comfortable and understand the process! We make ourselves available to meet customers and help them pick out materials that they like and are able to use for the project we are working on. We show them pictures of our work and help give them our professional opionion on what would look perfect in their home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise the customer to look into the company that they are hiring and make sure that they are who they appear to be. Unfortunately their are a lot of businesses out their that don't follow through with what they say they are going to do or the quality of their work and it paints a bad picture for the rest.

How long is the job gunna take? How much will this cost? Will you show up on time? Cleanliness?
