What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers contact me for an initial quote, depending on specifications and details, I can provide a full estimate same day. Once customer agrees, we schedule work that fir customer availability.
I send a proposal to my customer to have everything in writing. Depending customer preferences and circumstances paymet can be done in person by check or credit card or by invoicing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Licensed Plumber in Westchester County NY, Putnam County NY and state of Connecticut. Also certified NYS back flow preventer tester and Certified EPA Lead Renovator.

Depending the job, every job is different even the request seems the same.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for a Master plumber since 2001, learned as much as could and when I was able to apply for my own license I took a change to open my own business.
