I enjoy helping local homeowners solve their problems within their homes that are related to their dwelling . I believe in the theory of hiring local , getting to know your customers as we as customers getting to know me . This concept is a very valuable principle that I believe to be waning in more recent years and really strive to keep this an integral part ov my business

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the customer immediately to gather information with regards to their intent such as what are they looking to have done and the time frame in which their job needs to be accomplished by . When this is established next would be scheduling a time to stop out to the customers house look at the job and provide them with an estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended college as well as 2 trade schools each for a different trade . I have attended numerous workshops and special training forums over the years and completed 2 apprenticeships and that is above and beyond the 30 years of knowledge and experience I bring to the table

When it comes down to working up prices for each job , one must realize that each and every job is different and unique in and of itself . We can use a standard but that standard is just a base for an estimate to take off from. So each and every job is unique and priced accordingly
