What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our rules for progress with new costumers is fair and safety way for their money and project. With first contact we setup an appointment. We go and discuss with homeowner about their project. We give them idea about project and different kind of materials that they can use for making their project more information effective and looking good. We provide our prices including materials and only labor. If we agree with price and conditions we go through written contract paper that includes all details, warranty, method and time of payment, our promise of quality, nr of our license and insurance etc.
