What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and go over the scope of the project to see if it is a fit for us. We talk about the needs and potential budget. Being in the remodeling business for 45yrs. we want to be sure that we have can have a good working relationship with the homeowner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Ray Gaines, being the owner have attended techincal school and have run a successful construction/remodeling company since 1970. We have successfully almost every kind of project.

We have a standard pricing system but every project is unique and therefore requires individual pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing small projects at 20yrs. old and kept growing.

From the middle class to the very wealthy.

We received a national award for an octogon sunroom.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone who is more interested in what you want to do than what he is selling. Good track record, attention to detail and a quality reputation. AAA rating with BBB.
The low price is never good for the long term. The only way for a contractor to stay in business is to estimate fairly, have insurance and stand behind his work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What you want and a realistic budget. Tell the contractor the needs abd budget so nobody wastes their time.
