Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide and in person estimate. If customer agrees on price we move forward with scheduling. We send text and email notifications from scheduling system that provides time and date reminders of appointments. We also make payments easy by in email invoice payments, cash, check, Apple Pay, debit and credit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our foreman has a wide range of skills and training. Although our main business is junk removal and moving we provide a bunch of other services. Pressure washing, tree removal, trimming and landscaping, gutter cleaning, and much more!
