Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reaching out to the customer to find out some more information and better understand their needs. Based on the conversation we will then schedule an appointment to come out and provide whatever services are necessary and thoroughly explain the work completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Microsoft, Cisco, Sonicwall, Red Hat, CompTIA Network+ & Security+ Certified!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It all depends on the type of work being completed and whether it's for Residential or Business but usually ranges between $80-$120/hr. For larger projects, a scope of work and a flat fee will be provided upon request.
How did you get started in this business?
I started off as an IT consultant working for other managed services providers. Over time I decided to go out on my own and start my own MSP in order to offer better services honestly at a fair price.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with a range and multitude of customers varying from residential/home owners to small/medium business owners in various different industries including hospitality, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, engineering & architects, professional services, and more!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please try to understand the problem and surrounding circumstances pertaining to whatever issue you may be experiencing, especially when requesting remote support. Remember the more information you can provide, the easier and quicker it will be to troubleshoot and resolve it for you!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What devices are you experiencing the issue on, what apps/programs are you trying to use, what function are you trying to perform, and are you connected to a wired or wireless network. If you're connected wirelessly, do you have a good/strong connection?
