Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with my customer and find out what they want. then I try to get an idea of what they are invissioning, what type of finishes they are wanting. I'm easy to talk with, and I know everything about construction, so I know what they want even when they are not sure how everything works. I know all code and can steer folks in the right direction in the pre planning stages, so things come out like the customer wants and it all works for years to come!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was on the job site with my Dad since I was 5 years old. My Dad had a construction company for 40 years, and then he was a Construction Instructor for Red Rocks Community Colledge for 7 years. I learned from one of the best! I pratice several more trades than my father including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Floor covering. I have done every part of construction and I am sure that we can Help You, with your new project!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There are no two jobs the same, so there is no price exacly the same. But I am very fair priced! I see guys charge 10-12,000 for a bathroom that I charge 5 or 6,000 for. and kitchens that guys charge 40,000 that I charge 10-15,000 for. The quality of our work is much higher than standard, and it shows.
