What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to work through our customers home goals and provide a phone quote first then if needed we schedule a visit to see their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Real Estate for 16 years and have lived in the area all my life so I know the neighborhoods well. My husband has been a Carpenter for over 20 years and he can remodel or fix just about anything.

We offer so many services that we price everything based on each customers needs. We do offer basic handan services or minor repairs services for $75 per hour with a 2 hour minimum slot scheduled and charged.

We just enjoy helping people meet their goals and dreams for their home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers both residential and commercial. We specialize in Mobile home or modular home repairs as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for references,m sure the pro is insured and offers some type of warranty for their work. Do not pay for all services upfront. Paying half upfront or in full when the job is complete is the best practice. Make sure you sign a contract or agreement with the person performing your work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What experience do you have? Are you insured? How long will the work take? Do you require payment upfront? Do you do a written quote or contract for services?
