Door is running smooth and stress free. Tuneup calls are -far- cheaper than repair. Can see in pic the old frayed cable, the replacement, and damage above from the previous owners where a cable broke entirely😎

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Because we value our customers, and recognize that we work for you, we make sure that we are providing service in the way that you prefer! Our only goal is your total satisfaction. We understand that you appreciate upfront, honest pricing (we do too!) and timely, efficient service. So thats what we provide. 

You tell us what you need and we make sure to do it! 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

72 years of experience between our 5 employees! Education and background in business management. Ongoing training and education are required of all members of our team. We dedicate our time and energy to ensuring that we are skilled at repairing and installing every type of system. No system is too intricate or complex!


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We do not. We feel that standard pricing often leads to overcharging customers. We do however feel strongly about upfront and fair pricing. We never price gouge, we are always competitive and you will NEVER see any obscure, unwarranted or unexplained charges on your bill. We value transparency in our pricing. 


How did you get started in this business?

I have been working in the garage door business nearly my entire life. Having been trained in the trade by someone I see as both a mentor and a father figure, I have always found the industry intriging. The work was always changing, it provided a challenge (mentally and physically) and allowed me to serve my neighbors. I knew from a very young age that this was what I wanted to do.

4. Do you have any requests/requirements? Maybe you want to ensure that you can have windows in your new install, or maybe you only want doors that have a high R Value. Consider all options and advocate for yourself. Ask questions if you are unsure and if something sounds fishy, dont feel bad for seeking clarification.
