Rodwin Architecture + Skycastle Homes is Boulder's premier custom home design/build firm. Established in 1999, we specialize in extraordinary, green homes of all styles and sizes. We provide a full range of services including feasability, site planning, estimating, architectural design, interior design, lighting, landscape, sustainability, and full general conracting services.

We offer a free initial consultation, after which we can provide you with a quote on your project.

And the process is organized and transparent to provide you with the best experience in the creation of your home. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer calls us and has a short initial introdcution by phone. If that feels like a good fit, we then set up a 1.5 hour free introductory meeting in our office. At the conclusion of that we send the client a proposal (Fixed Fee for new homes, Hourly for additions/remodels). If the proposal is accepted,then we begin the architectural design process. If the client already has an architect or a design, we are happy to offer just our construciton services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rodwin Architecture + Skycastle Homes is a 12 person fully-integrated design/buld firm. Principal Scott Rodwin, AIA, LEED AP, has a degree from Cornell University and 25 years of experience in the field. Our construction arm (Skycastle) is led by Brandon David who aslo holds an architecture degree and has over 20 years of construction experience. The firm is an expert in custom homes in the Boulder/Denver metro area and is one of the leading green firms in the country.

We provide a cutom quote to each client based on the scope of their project. In general, we are a moderately priced firm.
