What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake customers and go look at the job or blueprints. Next provide customer with a proposal estimate of the job cost. Next have customer sign and agree, provide nessessary materials needed and agree to price and deposit. As soon as deposit is recieved we schedule and start the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Plumber and pipefitter. Graduated plumbers and pipefitters school and apprenticeship at Local 145. I have Master Mechanical license, epa certification, and all other certifications. I am also certified in geothermal installation, design, and engineer these systems. My main specialty is boilers, controls and wiring. I preferred to do remodels or repair plumbing service work available 24 hours by appointment after hours and weekends. Regular rate 95 an hour after hours and weekends 120 an hour out of town. Jobs is an additional $95 an hour drive time each way..

Prices vary depending on the scope of work needed. Typically we start at $120an hour. $175 an hour after hours and weekends. $95.00 he drive time each way for jobs more then 60 miles away.
How did you get started in this business?
Started by joining the Local union hall when I was 17. After serving a six-year apprenticeship, and became a journeyman plumber, ventured out on my own and 2000 after receiving my Master License.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all kinds of customers commercial, residential, customers in the mountains, customers in cities, customers in remote locations.
