What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer schedules an appointment with us, we confirm the appointment by email and text message. Upon dispatching our technician to the customer's home or business, we telephone the customer letting them know the technician is on his way. We also send out a text message containing the technician's bio and a GPS tracker so customers know exactly when to expect the technician to arrive.
Our technicians inspect the customer's system and explain their diagnosis while preparing an estimate for any necessary work. Depending on the what is required, the technician will give a customer two to three options. Our customer chooses the appropriate option, and in many cases, the technician can complete the work in the same day.
