I started in commercial and residential construction over 15 years ago. I have worked in all aspects of construction. I have been involved in building custom homes as well as working as a commercial project manager.

Experience with custom home building has honed my creativity and ability to create aesthetically pleasing results in my home improvement and landscaping jobs.

I will work as an advocate for you, the home owner. When I'm given a home repair task I will not only fix the problem. I will troubleshoot the situation to guide you along the most cost effective and long-term solution.

Carelis - Business Manager

At IM Home I am the customer relations department. Working as the assistant to the project manager I am happy to coordinate and facilitate communication between all parties involved in our projects. I am excited to be a part of the unique concept of IM Home, as it applies to general contractors, where we offer a "one stop shop" for our clients for their home remodel projects. What draws me to IM Home is the growth potential in design.

I am a self-proclaimed "military brat", born on a military base in Germany. I owe my fluency in English and Spanish to my Puerto Rican father and Venezuelan mother. I met my husband while living in Tampa, Florida. Seven years ago, we moved back to his hometown of Denver with our two small children. Since living here, we have added two more members to our happy clan. As a family we enjoy exploring the parks and outdoor trails and love that we get to experience all four seasons in Colorado. Although I love being with my family, I try to carve out some "me" time at the gym, before or after work, as my schedule allows.

I pride myself on my attention to detail and my experiences have honed my customer service skills. I have an incredible passion for the service I provide for our clients as part of the team at MI Construction Group. My first job was as a personal assistant and office manager to my father at his company, CNM Concrete Construction. I worked in this role for close to 11 years. Wanting an opportunity to explore my creative talents, I left this position and created my own business centered around event planning. With each successful event my love for helping people, while creating and coordinating events, grew
