What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our members will ask questions and we’ll discuss your project at length until we get a full understanding of exactly what you want and need from your home renovation project. We will set a date and time, at your convenience, for us to come to your home and do a complete consultation. We’ll measure the space and assess your property to get a deeper understanding of what will go into the project. At this point, we’ll make recommendations and give you our proposal for overall costs of the project. Once all the details are agreed upon, we’ll send you the contract and statement of work that spells out all the project details and timelines. Then we’ll get to work on your roof.
