We have a check list that we go through at initial free consultation. We find out scope of work and budget and provide names and numbers of last three clients

Nothing is standard with our in house design team. We create luxury spaces with our out of the box thinking

I was a framer of custom homes in high school in 1981

All kinds and all tastes. We specialize in getting to know what the customer wants and are very sensative to bugetary concerns
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We are a custom home builder and a remodel company as well. We are building custom homes from 445k to 4 million (excluding lot) We are currently building a fun modern house with excellent views and on the remodel side we are gutting a 2 million dollar home for a fresh new look
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do some due diligence before you meet with just any builder. So many times people don't do this and find out later they chose wrong. I provide names and numbers of my LAST three clients and encourage you to ask all the hard questions
