The ability to be able to work alongside the customer to transform the beauty of the home and that the customer has peace of mind knowing that their garage door has been fully inspected and meets all requirements for garage door safety standards, and costumer satisfaction.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First point of contact would be to meet with the customer. During this initial visit I present all of the Garage Door products we are able to provide while establishing a rapport with my customer. During this time I offer a free estimate along with the quote. All Access Garage Doors believes strongly in no pressure sales. We want to give our customers ample time to make the decision on the upcoming beauty of there home. Once they contact us with a decision we go over all detail in depth of the installation process, and scheduling that will work for them. There are never any hidden fees after the original quote has been given. This is something that sets our company aside from others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* 25 years of sales, service, and installation experience.
* Contracted with multiple garage door Supplier's throughout the area which allows me to get the customer the best prices available.

How did you get started in this business?
25 years ago my ex father in law gave me the opportunity to learn the garage door trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clientele base is very diverse. I have done anything from million dollar homes to broken down barns. Whatever the job, location, or type of door the end result is always to make it beautiful and secure. In doing so we were able to save the customer hundreds of dollars by not having to purchase a new garage door.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I experienced was pulling up to a customers home where the garage door was hanging on by a hinge ready to fall on the customers vehicle. The customer thought there was no hope in repairs and the car would be damaged. They were quoted by another company with an outrageous amount to replace the door. This made the customer feel this was there only option. After I diagnosed the door I was able to repair the door and get it down safely without creating damage to the customers vehicle.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give a customer is to get 2 or 3 estimates to ensure the best quality, product, and price. I would also read customer reviews if possibl. I would highly recommend to reach out to friends and family for a garage door referral. During my 15 years of being a business owner the majority of my clientele has been referral based.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should have a budget in mind along with availability, and if possible an idea of the particular style and color of door they are looking for.
