What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you setup an appointment with us, there is initial $75 service call fee. A technician visits, diagnoses the problem and offers you an exact quote for parts and labor cost.
If at this point, you decide to have the appliance repaired, the service call fee will be applied towards the total repair cost.
We offer 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. If you decide not to proceed with repair only $75 service call fee will be charged.
