What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quote visit is the first step. That allows us to meet, shake hands, look each other in the eye, and get a feel for one another. After that i collect the necessary information. Once that is done, the next step is to build and deliver a quote with all pricing right up front.

Over 30 years in the building and maintenance trades.

$51 per hour. I also can charge by the square, or linear foot, depending on the job.
