Very good experience. Oz was prompt, thorough and went above and beyond in customer satisfaction.

Oz is a pleasant and responsible young man. I called several companies to replace our 29 year old water heater and Oz was the second to leave a quote. This was 7/3/20 and worried about going the weekend with no hot water Oz told us he would get us taken care of that evening when he was finished with another install. I recieved a call at 4:30 and he was here before 6 with the water heater we picked out. I had the old one drained so we could pull it when he arrived and we did that. He worked on it until 9 pm and had us done that evening. We had a slight drop further down and old pipe that really had nothing to do with the job and when I texted him that night his response was within 3-5 min and it wasnt an emergency so Saturday morning was good. He showed up saturday morning with parts for another small jobwe were going to have done later and completed the leak and elbow leak. No extra charge for the elbow leak except for a couple parts we agreed to. This was one of two of our best experiences with hiring a company to do a job. We absolutely told Oz what a nice and professional young man he is! Thanks again Rick and Sharon Biddle.

I made several calls to different companies to help with adding 2 gas lines to my home. Oz, was very professional on the phone, answering all of my questions. I was really impressed with his customer service. When he came to my home he was very professional. He again answered all of my questions. He spent many hours at my home performing the work that I had contracted from him. He was respectful to my home and my family. He was extremely friendly as well. I would hire Oz again in a heart beat. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. My overall experience with him was amazing!!

I worked with Oz and I have to say he was very professional and attentive to my concerns throughout a multi-day process after I had a water heater in my home explode.

Id say there were 3 reasons I choose Building Craft to do this work and would choose them again:

1) Readily Available:

The day this happened I called 4 different companies: 1 never called back, 1 didn’t have availability for a week+ out, Building Craft and All State were the only ones who could show up that day...

Both surveyed the damage and quoted me, however, All States quote didn’t come in until almost 2-days later, and said it would take at least 3-4days for supplies to come in! Meanwhile, Oz was able to not only quote me on the spot, but also come back that SAME night after finishing a diff job and he began repairs immediately and had me up and running with a brand new more-efficient water heater a little over 24hrs later!

2) Skilled Craftsman:

Having dabbled in plumbing around the house a few times I know how hard it can be to sweat pipe in a tight space, or maneuver around fixtures to install a new valve. That being said, Oz was able to quickly and effectively essentially re-engineer my entire setup, increasing all my main lines to 3/4in and installing the new hot water heater in a single afternoon!

3) Quality Long-Lasting Work:

In addition to the hot water heater replacement I ended up having Building Craft come back for a few other jobs including:

- Installing a whole-house water filtration system + smart water monitoring/shut-off system

- A new kitchen sink with RO filter install

- And a new toilet in the main bathroom

In all probably at least 4-5 separate service calls, all of which they showed up at exactly the time promised, and completed same-day or within the time frame quoted even with various unexpected issues occurring.

Considering the sheer amount of work they have done, I would expect at least some kind of issues to crop up... But with almost a year or so passing since a lot of this was done I’m pleased to say I have yet to spring even a SINGLE leak, or have issues with anything! I definitely cannot say the same for other work I had done with a few other local companies/contractors...

Overall if you are looking for a hard-working and honest plumber who will stand by their work, you can’t go wrong with Building Craft. Be sure to ask for Oz, he did ~90% of my work and was great to interact with!
