I am Tom,
I want to tell you a little about myself . My self & my two sons have a small heating and air conditioning company and have some of the same customers for over 20 years We take pride in our work and install it as if we were putting it in our own house. I first learned this trade in the late seventies
In new residential work since then I've gone on to do commercial work fix & flips ,walking coolers ,rooftop units New and old commercial and residential
We are very fair with every customer you can come to our supply house we can meet at the counter you can talk with the people working there and we give you the same exact price is what we pay for it to supply house and you can also put it on a charge card if you want to and the price of the material As I said there's no markup and what you pay for the material is what we charge for labor if the equipment's 2000 that's what we charge for labor to put it in. We go by old school pricing we don't mark up any of the equipment whatever the equipment cost is that's also what you going to pay for labor in Old School rule of thumb since I can remember back in the '70s without seeing the job of course. And we let our customers come down to the supply house if they want to and you can put it all the equipment on the charge card if the please. And when the job's finished the price of the equipment and materials that's what the labor will be. Parts are 10 years old parts for your free service from us they have the best prices in town because I've been dealing with these supply houses for so long. I have a couple builders in evergreen I've been doing your work for over 25 years we don't care how long your job takes we put it in like we would if it was going to be installed in our own house
How did you get started in this business?
A friend of mine's dad was in the trade started when I was in high school you get out of school and go out to the job site work on the weekends full-time in the summer and went on from there I was a union sheet metal worker and then started my own company with my two sons
