Why we started out on our own- We were tired of the big companys taking advantage of people. We knew we could give the customer affordable price and have quality work done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your service techs are licensed and insured. Fly by night companies will not have any insurance. For your own safety- ask for proof.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is okay to ask for a second opinion- just because the other company gives you a price that sounds to good- does not mean you have to agree. There is usually a reason that is not disclosed. Either the companys is not pulling permits or not licensed or insured. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. Ask for proof for your own piece of mind. This is your home and you deserve the best.
