We had some plumbing work done a few months ago, the plumbers didnt do their job properly allowing a rat to get into our home. We had a couple of other exterminators try to catch the rat but were unsuccessful. After a recommendation to emerald, I cant tell you how professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fast they caught that pesky rat! Thank you emerald, you saved the day for us!

Candelario communicated with me up to the day he came to provide the pest control service. Hes affable kind, and very willing to show me where the nest was why we need to spray hear what I needed to do in the future. He was clean and presentable and took a good time going over and spraying all the areas we were concerned with. Thank you yelp for recommending this terrific company. I give them five stars and an A+. He also followed up with a phone call and said he wanted to return to add something extra to the grass. I dont think I couldve landed with a better company. If you have ants and mosquitoes this is your guy.

Just wanted to say that Candelero is fantastic . He is very fair and thorough . Got rid of my cockroaches when nobody else could in my apt building. Also took care of a rat problem in one of my rental homes as well. Definitely recommend him. Barbara
