Legit Plumbing LLC

I have had very poor experience with this company. The job was to replace a leaking water pressure regulator. Darnell turns up without his work van as he had been having auto problems. This in itself wouldn’t have been issue if it were not for the fact that he came without basic tools like a pipe-cutter and a high-heat torch. The initial job estimate was an hour, but because the tools were insufficient it took 3 hours. At the end of it, he missed fitting a hose bib (which was connected to the old pipe). Darnell, said he would be back within a week to fit the hose bib. But there was no communication from his side. I had to send several texts and only after I sent the final ultimatum I got a text saying that he won’t be able to make it because of auto issues and asked for another week’s time. All in all I have waited two weeks now and he has still not responded with a date. I am going to have to go with another plumber and pay again to redo the pipe work to fit the hose bib. I have never had a worse experience with any other plumber. Please stay away if you can.
