At Roto-Rooter he gained more in-depth hands on experience with plumbing repairs, installations and rough plumbing.

Throughout his journey working in the plumbing industry, his wife would drop hints about one day starting their own plumbing company. They would discuss business names, vision, value and operational principles. Marco always knew he wanted to offer plumbing services that catered to the needs of his potential customers along with offering service guarantees and contract pricing. After many nights of planning and creating, Complete Plumbing Works was born.
