What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally set up an appointment for any project. We let the customer know what the cost will be more or less and are pretty accurate on our estimates.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CA licensed plumbing contractor. I have over 16 years of experience in the trade.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We work both; hourly and flat-rate. Normally we let the customer decide whether they want to pay a flat rate or pay by the hour
How did you get started teaching?
Although I have a couple of employees who I teach on a daily basis, I don't consider myself a teacher, but rather just doing my part and passing the knowledge along to the future tradesman
