Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and get an idea of the client's vision and scope of work to be done, arrange an on-site evaluation and walk through it and note the things that are most important to the client, the slight twitches that make it personal and are most often the critical details, provide suggestions or examples when needed or requested and set a date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every man/woman that is slated to a project is a journeyman or master in their craft, I was trained by a master carpenter and have 30 years in the residential/commercial and industrial trades.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It is a sum of hours and tasks as well as manpower, and if I need to bring in more skilled labor to deliver on time it does not cost the client in any way. We work off a time and material plan even though we carry E&O insurance as well as personal liability and property damage. It has just proven easier to work with and understand the system for both parties.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have clients current and past that are from all walks and professions. Homeowners, Real Estate professionals, financial institutions, property management companies, and private investors. We are proud of these relationships and are friends with many as well as referred. Word of mouth has no equal.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Comfortable and confident with your feeling about them is going to be key.
