I work with many homeowners who put their homes on Airbnb and I am contracted with many of them to clean for them weekly. Every client that I have I make sure to follow Airbnb's COVID-19 Health and Safety Practices and also their 5-Step Enhanced Cleaning Process to thoroughly disinfect every home I clean and work with for COVID-19 safety. Because of this, I have helped many homeowners on the Airbnb platform become SuperHosts.
My wife and I also do Pet Sitting and Boarding at our home. We started off on Rover and we now we have our own Pet Sitting business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I find that by allowing the customer to talk and simply just listening to them always works best. I'll know exactly what it is that they are looking for.
Having simple manners and getting straight to the task will always produce great work. Paying special attention to time tables is a big plus as well. Being on time is one of the most important aspects in running my business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I am certified through OSHA in Cleaning and Disinfecting since 2016.
- I work with many homeowners through the Airbnb platform so I follow all COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines with 5-Step Enhanced Cleaning Process
- I am currently studying to be certified as a Dog Trainer
How did you get started in this business?
I started off cleaning houses with some friends and slowly branched off on my own and started my own business
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of different customers. From different backgrounds, to different personalities and lifestyles. My goal is to make the customers happy. Customer satisfaction is my priority.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After working with an Airbnb homeowner for about the three consecutive weeks, he texted me about how my work make a huge difference and helped him get more bookings. That memory will always be one for the books for me.
I remember a couple who had us watch their dog for 3 days while they traveled. Everyday I would have a schedule for the dog: play time, nap time, lunch/dinner, and excercise. I would send pictures to the owners to keep them updated on their fur baby. The couple was so happy and trusted us so they scheduled us to watch their pet every Thursday.
