About this pro

My name is Isaac. I've been a Plumber/Pipe Fitter for 15yrs. Currently design Piping and Plumbing systems for Large scale projects. During that time I've always worked weekends. Will only work Saturdays, unless your job requires me to stay longer to complete. I've aquired Journeyman certs, among others (Proof if needed). Main focus would be smaller houshold issues. Willing to chat prior if needed. Feel free to call me for advise.

Am still very content with the plumbing/piping industry as a whole. Many aspects to the trade, from small service, to large commercial. Never boring, and always a lot to learn. I enjoy what I do.

Issac was great! He texted to set up appointment and I sent pics. He came prepared with spare parts if needed. He explained what he was doing, and knew exactly how to replace my garbage disposal. I would hire him again for future plumbing issues.

This plumber is very honest, very upfront with prices and what he can do, and very professional. He not only took care of replacing my wired-in garbage disposal, but he fixed an issue I've been having with my kludgy plumbing ever since I bought my home in 2002. Definitely recommend, and would definitely use again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up a phone apt. Have a general understanding of issue, request photos, provide estimate, schedule time to repair/replace/install.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Started in 2001 as a shop boy for a Plumbing shop. 2003 Started my plumbing experience on Local track homes. Joined my local Plumbers union in 2005, picking up certs along the way. During that time I worked for an owner operated shop with tasks ranging from Service Work, to plumbing custom homes, etc. In 2012 I decided to go back to school to learn how to utilize my knowledge and incorperate technology. Currently hold a managment position at a Large size company, with emphasis in "pre-construction".

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

$150 Min - covers first 1-1/2 hr. $50 hr after that.

How did you get started in this business?

One of my Pals growing up had an uncle in the industry. Seamed to fit me well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All walks of life. Still have contact with most. Some of my good friends today, were at one time customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Just be weary. There are alot of people that are claiming to be Craftsman, but are actually salesman. Look at how they keep themselfes. Generally, there apprearence is a direct reflection of there work.
