What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to reach out to the customer by telephoning them and asking them about the problem so I can be prepared as possible then I schedule a time that is convenient for the customer and that works with our schedule to diagnose and give a price for repairs. If the customer agrees to the price then we make the necessary repairs. All emergency calls are dealt with the same day.
