What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do and meet and greet of i am to dog sit. Otherwise I always like to get the owners info on how they have been training the dog if it's training. Communication is key.

Lifetime experience with dogs and horses. Grooming course- certified. Stable owner/trainer/dog trainer for over 19 years.
