Preliminary Construction / Cost Estimate: Our objective is to deliver a great product at a low cost to the client. It is imperative to create a cost analysis for the client to avoid unwanted surprises especially with last-minute changes that may affect the bottom line.

Final Bidding: The final bidding includes all details, all methods of construction, all specialty techniques, and options. We obtain multiple bids to produce a comprehensive package for the client. This allows the client and the architect to make changes or substitutions if necessary.

Supervision: We always provide supervision for every projects. The supervisor will be either part-time or full-time based on the size of the project but will always be available to the client by cell phone.

Maintenance: We remain available to the client for maintenance needs long after the completion of the initial project. We utilize the most professional staff and subcontractors to perform any additional work.
