Richard Dobson, owner and contractor of the former Bay-Marin Construction, now Woodside Residential Services, has over 30 years experience in all phases of residential remodeling. Since its inception in San Rafael in 1995, Bay-Marin Construction has completed extensive home remodeling projects in San Francisco, Mill Valley and as far south as Woodside and Menlo Park.
We are a small, "boutique" remodeling company, specializing in helping our clients get exactly what they want for their homes. We make dreams come true! We maintain the "mom and pop feel" while providing you with service that exceeds those of the big-guy contracting companies.
