What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in getting started with obtaining excellent care for your pets and peace of mind for you is to schedule your free consultation. During the consultation you will meet the owner and the direct care provider. The direct care provider will be determined based on your location and scheduling needs. During the consultation you will get to see which services are available and see how we interact with your pet(s). We will also go over the necessary paper work for getting started.
The second step would be to schedule when services will be provided and exchange keys if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
