About
My service stands out because I follow the instructions of the pet owner. I expect detailed instructions about how the pet lives her life from morning to evening, so that I can try my very best to duplicate it!
I have been pet sitting for 10 years for friends and family and just started professionally about five years ago. I have taken care of among other things, goats, horses, cats, dogs and birds.
I have owned all manner of pets: turtle/fish/cat/dog/rat/snake/ cockatiel/canaries. As long as there are detailed instructions, I can follow along and your pet(s) will be safe!
I have spent up to 1 night to 2 weeks at a home. I charge $100 a day:night. If I am at your house for four nights five days, I charge $500. If I do 12 hour PetSits, I charge $60.
My favorite parts of petsitting are meeting new pets all the time! I don't own my own pets, so it's very nice to get to spend time with all kinds of pets!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting at a Starbucks first is mandatory. Then I will come meet the pet or pets at the owners home. My request is always that I have detailed instructions by the pet owner for exactly what they do with their pet morning to night so that I can try to copy that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have professional training, but I do have over 30 years experience with dogs, cats birds, fish, and turtles.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $100 per day/night. This means if I stay at your house for nights and you come back on the fifth day I charge $100 meaning $500. If you just need me for the day anything under 12 hours is $60, I prefer to walk one dog at a time if you have more than one dog.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business 20 years ago when a friend of mine went out of town and had no one to take care of her horses and goats. She also had two dogs and a cat one indoor cat/dog and one outdoor dog. I started helping out other friends and family members and I kind of took off from there.
