What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an onsite free estimate, complete a paper bid for your HVAC needs. If approved, we schedule the work as proposed, after completion we collect payment, via cash, check, or with a 2.9 surcharge we accept credit cards.

We have over 15 years experience in the field, we can guarantee your satisfaction with our work. We are a Diamond Certified, BBB A+, NATE certified Heating and Cooling company servicing the SF Bay Area.

We offer ballpark pricing, however in this industry every job is different. We need to come out and give an accurate estimate in person.

After 10 years of being a leading installer for another company here in the SF bay area, the jump was made to create Bay Area Climate Control, where personal contact and commitment to customers is our first priority.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions as you can. When dealing with this industry, you get a lot of salesmen who dont always know what you really need. Often we come out to give a bid and we see that other companys have over or under estimated you HVAC needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Repair or Replace? often HVAC units can be repaired, however baised on your usage and the age of the unit upgreading maybe the cheaper way to go. But having the options, and the education from us will better allow you to make the best desicion for your home.
