once the initial contact is made we proceed to meet the client via phone or zoom. If site visit is required then we engaged with proper protocols.
second step is to analyies the clients project to review what further action is need. Once established we provide a proposal and recommendations within 3 days of the initial meeting. Once we have given the proposal we then follow up with any additional information or questions needed.
