Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the home or business to measure and check out the sub floor, stairs, trim, base board. Also need access for demolition, loading new material, access to power, appliance situation and where furniture must be moved so we can work in the space. After we look at the space then I can recommend the best product based on buget, the house and color and porduct the customer had in mind. We do moisure checks and inspect the crawl space. Once the old floorcovering is removed we inspect the concrete or plywood sub floor. The sub floor MUST be clean, level and dry to proceed
