When you do a perfect job and everything is looking great in the work is done the best and the customer sees the quality inn sees how perfect job is in outstanding that's my work that's with customers like about my company
He came on a Sunday Father’s Day. No up charge at all. Friendly and professional. Clearly has been doing plumbing for a while. You can tell by how he takes his work steps that he knows exactly what he is doing. Clean and organized with his work. Highly recommended.
Almost two months and I've had three inspections which did not pass. I ended up hiring a REAL plumber who within minutes found the 2 gas leak problems that Ken created and was unable to fix. Something is really wrong with this guy because he installed either used and or faulty materials. He had no respect for my property and left a mess(beer cans, cigarrette butts, you name it) He also carelessly put nails on my frame or insert his knife, sit on sensitive/breakable materials, etc! I hired him thinking he is serious but he is a lot of drama, yelled and screamed while working, smeared the walls with mud, to name a few ! (Oh, i heard him curse at me too!).. He always was desperate for payment and lied about having solved the issues found by the inspector. He tried to get away with many things like not putting the basic correct nail plates, fasteners and the biggest thing was that he "found" a problem on the water line coming from the house as he touched it and magically made it leak. He charged me to repair it but hid the trench from me after assuring me that he fixed and changed the lines. Well, it created MORE work for me as we are not done and he should not have poured dirt on the trench. I'm sure when I uncover it, I will find the same exact line that was put in less than two years ago. Shame on him. I know he is just trying to make a quick buck on a daily basis at the expense of others. It is scary. Not sure how he had great reviews before but I can assure you, this is not someone you want near your pipes.
Ken is a pro. Prompt service and got a extra tough job done and done. Even some knowledge transfer kindly enough, to help me make some informed choices moving forward. Can't recommend Ken highly enough!
Ken Thomson is a master plumber in every sense of the word. We initially started with replacement of gas lines, but after further investigation (not an upsell, but taking me down under the house so I can eyeball the corrosion) it was clear we needed new sewer lines as well. If you are looking for someone to slap a patch on a big problem and move on, Ken is not your guy! He is a perfectionist, and takes great pride in his work! That was important to us!!! He does high quality, up to code work at an affordable price. "Up to code" is his mantra, and that's what you want! He works neatly, is organized, and treats your house like he's working on his own. Ken is 100% accessible, and gave me daily progress reports. He even corrected previous minor plumbing work because it wasn't done right, at no additional cost to us! Why? "Because I wont tie my work into pipes not up to code". That is the sign of a true professional craftsman! My wife and I have peace of mind knowing all the major plumbing systems (sewer, water, gas) in our place are 100% functional, up to code, can stand up to any inspection, and was less expensive than Bill Ho*e, Anders*n plumbing, the White Gl*ve Guys, and three other vendors! Ken Thomson plumbing was the right choice for us!
Always on time.plumbing always done correctly the first time thank you for your consideration. And my prices are very reasonable. I'm the owner and worker I don't send anybody out in the field I go out in the field that way it's done the right way.
