Was very convenient to find someone, however, Christopher was supposed to come in the morning anytime after nine he texted said he would be here at 11:30 then text back and said he would be here at 12:30, and did not show up till 130. Did not have the proper tools or materials. We could not get a business card from him when he was paid we got no receipt or invoice and within a half an hour of him leaving my toilet was leaking I tried to contact him and left him a message that the toilet was leaking but he never responded or replied back to me. Had to go out and buy new parts and repair the toilet again
