How did you get started in this business?
I was working for big named local company in San Diego and was tired of having to sell customers unnecessary items. I saw customers overpaying for them and was not comfortable having to offer such daily.
I wanted to start a company that focused on exceptional service vs how much can we take financially from our client.
My business model is to provide upfront pricing without upselling of unneeded items. Educate our customers on how we can reduce their energy costs.
Provide a seervice that they'll recommend to their friends.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with many diverse customers from every background imagineable. From teachers to 1st responders, doctors, lawyers & military. We service everyone with a smile.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were called upon to help a client who had a problem with a 'Freon' leak (refrigerant)
She said that 3 other big named companies could not help her find the leak. All of them told her to buy a new system.
Although it took some time we found the refirgerant leak and made the appropiate repairs.
We saved her money and are honored to have her as a lifelong customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice when hiring a pro is to have them call the company they are looking to hire.
Ask the pro any questions that they may have and get a feel for their expertise.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should kn ow that running a compoan y has an overhead so most honest companies charge a fee to travel to you.
That fee covers payment for employees and our overhead.
