What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My wife & I call the customer to determine client needs and then we schedule an in-person meeting at their home or business to finalize scope of work. A written estimate follows.

We have had many wonderful clients that trust both the process and us . When this happens, everyone is satisfied and we obtain repeat business & referrals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a general contractor that is licensed always.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's always helpful if clients have their list of questions, determine a realistic budget and timeline before meeting us. Many questions can be answered over the phone.
