Prior to service call - During our initial phone call, Humberto & I had a Facetime to show him the faucets (sink and shower) I was having a problem with. He asked very good questions enabling him to diagnose the root cause of the the problems. This enabled Humberto to give me a very good cost estimate and adequate knowledge of the problem by the time he came to fix my problem faucets. Punctuality - Humberto arrived on promised time day and time. Knowledge - Humberto took the time to explain to me what exactly he was doing while fixing the non-existing cold water pressure in sink faucet and reversed water setting in shower faucet (cold water in HOT setting and hot water in COLD setting). He showed me how to do it myself should a similar problem occur in the future. He took conscientious effort such as buying the replacement part himself and giving me the actual sales invoice afterwards. Both of my problems were resolved to my satisfaction. Price - His actual service price is very reasonable and did not exceed his quotation.

He was very patient letting me explain the issue and tried to rest assure me he can do the job. He charged less than the other plumber who was a bit impatient too! However, the overall charge of what I needed was much more than my expectation. Perhaps this is because I am new to Bay area expenses!
