What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting we get to know each other. In this meeting we present our qualifications. Should you decide we are a good fit as the architect for your home we will get more details about your home and then prepare a two phase proposal. Phase 1 - Programming and Design We use a detailed questionaire to ensure that we thoroough understand your wants and needs. We then present design options for your consideration. This phase is usually performed on an hourly basis. Phase 2 - Construction documents in which we prepare the technical drawings and specifications necessary to to obtain a permit and obtain bids from qualified contractors.
