What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we're contacted...we begin a conversation about their vision and budget. If they are ready to begin the design and proposal stage...we visit with the clients at their property. We then prepare a proposal/bid for them...when accepted...we receive a deposit....finalize the design....set a time to begin the project....schedule and begin ordering materials. All the while staying in close touch with the clients to listen to their needs and schedules. Then we get to work creating their Paradise!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years in the Custom Home construction trade. Once the owner of Timber Touch Log Homes in the Sierras Lake Tahoe area.
