What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I meet the client at their home while we look at the project together. We write up the scope of work that needs to be completed. Once the numbers for the job are accepted we begin work on the appointed day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree and a have started my Masters.
