Paul Bianchi and Bill Tillett have been building custom homes together since 1989 throughout Northern California. They've built more than 100 custom homes together as well as countless other projects for a combined experience of over 65 years working in the building industry.

The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. How did you get started in this business?

Paul a third generation contractor, started his career in the construction industry with his grandfather's company, and then worked with his father's beginning in 1983. After learning both the trades and business side of things, he started his own business in 1997 and honed his skills, growing two large companies specializing in new home construction before joining Bill at BTD
