My favorite thing about what I do is helping people to love where they live all the more. To take their ideas and hopes and bring them to life. There's been more than enough stress in the world - especially when in the last year. So I love getting the opportunity to bring a little joy back into people's lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to start with a phone call so we can assess what each individual client needs done and get to know one another a bit. Then we schedule a time for me to come out and give each client a free estimate and we schedule a time to get to work from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple years working at every stage of construction with Master Contractors and Tradesmen alike. From design, conception and budgeting through execution and completion. Interior or exterior, a jack of all trades.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I've found it is in everyone's interest to keep a transparent, a la carte, per service pricing system in place instead of keeping things open ended per hour. I also charge no markup on materials - I've never understood why others do.
How did you get started in this business?
Originally worked with "Wall Wizard" Remodeling Services when I was in college, and have kept busy working, learning and growing my list of available services from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both residential and commercial, property management to bars and restaurants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Pick a professional who speaks with you openly, telling you everything you need to know and not just "what you want to hear." Someone you are comfortable with and can trust to be in your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The two most important things I've found are first to establish a realistic budget. Something workable and they can legitimately afford. Then second, to create a triaged list of what they'd like to get done. Ranging from immediate needs to eventual goals.
