All types we have been doing pest control for more than 20 years. We have seen it all.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The company should treat you like it is a problem they have at their home. Never feel like a number. They should be sympatheic and give you information about your issues and the multiple ways to get rid of the problem. We encourage getting multiple quotes, remember sometimes you get what you pay for. Low balling services are just a nightmare and you will end up paying another company to solve the issue. We always want to be competitive and will match pricing if it possible. We want referals so good service at a good price and going above and beyond in key.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We always ask more questions to the customer to make sure we cover all the bases. We encourage you to tell us concerns budgets and any other question our potential customers might have. We really treat you like family.
